CTSC Methanol injection manifold

Specially designed for auto-rotor CTSC, (we also have them for Whipple with dual or single injection)
Fully phenolic CNC machined injection manifold for water methanol.
Specifically designed to inject in to the charger air stream and stop heat soak transfer, comes pre-threaded 1/8 NPT.

We can customize these to tailor to your specific project adding up to three injectors for the late model auto-rotor and up to 6 positions for a Whipple.
Material can also be changed from thermal phenolic to aluminium.

Also if you wish to use a different thread than 1/8 NPT  (standard US style nozzle) we can change it to any thread type of your like provided tapping bits are available.

This set is for the manifold, gaskets and cylinder head insulators only!
You will need to use your own methanol, water, WM mix injections system (readily available)

Nozzle feed is 15mm in diameter.
